Cantax T1Plus 2023 Release!
We are pleased to announce that our Cantax T1Plus (version 23.4.3xx.115) software is now available for download. Please note that we no longer ship CD-ROMs. Cantax T1 is now only available for download.
This 2023 production release of Cantax T1Plus and T1Plus with EFILE has been approved by the CRA to prepare personal tax returns for the 2023 tax year and for filing purposes (paper and EFILE). This release updates the 2024 Tax Planner form (PLAN) by integrating the rate changes for 2024 in compliance with the measures announced in the federal and provincial budgets (available at the time of this release). By incorporating the latest personal tax amendments, this tool helps you plan and forecast your client's needs for the 2024 tax year.
Please see the Release Notes for the highlights of this release. The Release Notes are accessible on our Web site and from the Welcome box in the program.
Activation Key
Please make sure that the workstation's regional settings are set to English (Canada or United States).
Cantax T1 requires an activation key to install the software, which includes various modules. Simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section. If you have already installed a previous version of Cantax T1Plus 2023, the activation key will not be required.
New: Introducing Wolters Kluwer Support Platform
As part of our commitment to service, Wolters Kluwer is pleased to announce the launch of our new Support Platform.
Register to our Support Platform to submit, modify and track all your support requests in a single location. A chatbot system and a live chat feature powered by our virtual assistant are also included, with access to over 40,000 articles from our knowledge base. Note that since December 1, 2023, the Support Centre no longer offers an email support service, which has been replaced by our new support ticketing system.

All you need to do is enter a few key words and the articles display in order of relevance to provide you with valuable information that will accurately answer your questions.

To consult the different training options available regarding Cantax T1 (seminars, webinars, tutorials and more), access the “Training” section of the Wolters Kluwer Web site. You can also access it from the program, by selecting Help, Cantax on the Web and Get Cantax Training.
