Known Issue: CRA 503 Error when attempting to file slips
An issue when attempting to file slips may result in a CRA "503 error". This is due to a URL change on the Canada Revenue Agency's (CRA) website. Release of Version 6.0 of Personal Taxprep 2020

We are pleased to announce the release of version 6.0 of Personal Taxprep 2020, which is now available for download.

The minimum subscription term for this product is one year.

CD-ROM's for version 2020 6.0 will be shipped upon request only. To obtain a CD-ROM, contact Customer Service at cservice@wolterskluwer.com or by phone at 1-800-268-4522.

This version contains a supporting line, i.e., line 23210, which was added to the T1 Line 23200 form, to identify any COVID-19 benefit amount entered on line 23200. With this version of the program an individual who makes his or her repayment after having filed his or her 2020 income tax return, is able to request an adjustment using the ReFile service or may apply for a readjustment with the T1-ADJ form. Activation Keys

Personal Taxprep requires an activation key to install the program, which includes various modules.
Simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section. If you have already installed a previous version of Personal Taxprep 2020, the activation key will not be required.

To consult the different training options available regarding Personal Taxprep (seminars, webinars, tutorials and more), access the Training section of the Wolters Kluwer Web site. You can also access it from the program, by selecting Get Taxprep Training in the Help menu.
