Beginning July 22, Cantax and CCH AnswerConnect customers should submit their support cases exclusively through our web ticketing system for a faster service!

8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (ET)
Note: Cantax, CCH AnswerConnectAliForm, CCH Engagement, CCH Practice Management, CCH Scan and CCH Site Builder products are now only supported by web tickets, which can be submitted via the Support Platform 24/7, as well as by live chats, which are handled from Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET.
