We are presently in communication with Revenu Québec in order to apply this measure as quickly as possible in Personal Taxprep. In the meantime, here are our recommendations:
- to wait before applying the adjustments arising from this new measure for now, since Revenu Québec still has to adjust its assessment system to take this change into account;
- to wait for version 2016 4.0 of Personal Taxprep, which will be available at the beginning of next week, before processing the affected returns, as this version will include this new measure.
A troubleshooting memo will be sent tomorrow to provide you with further details on this matter.
