Known Issue: CRA 503 Error when attempting to file slips
An issue when attempting to file slips may result in a CRA "503 error". This is due to a URL change on the Canada Revenue Agency's (CRA) website. ÉTAPES À SUIVRE POUR IMPORTER LES DONNÉES D’UN FICHIER EXCEL™

Pour importer les données d'un fichier Excel, veuillez procéder de la façon suivante :

  1. Téléchargez le fichier suivant : Index-TF.xls (708 Ko).

  2. Ouvrez le fichier Index-TF.xls avec Excel ou avec un autre tableur.

  3. Ouvrez l'un de vos fichiers .xls contenant les états financiers d'une société.

  4. Dans le fichier Index-TF.xls, créez les références aux cellules à l'aide du fichier contenant les états financiers de la société.
    Conseil : Nous vous recommandons fortement de conserver une copie de sécurité des fichiers .xls avant de les modifier.

  5. Ouvrez un fichier-client dans Taxprep Forms et, dans le menu Fichier, cliquez sur Importer des données, puis sur Classeur Microsoft Excel (*.xls).

  6. Dans la boîte de dialogue Importer, sélectionnez le fichier Index-TF.xls, puis cliquez sur Ouvrir afin d'amorcer l'importation dans les annexes IGRF.
