Web tickets can be submitted via the Support Platform 24/7, as well as by live chats, which are handled live by our support agents from Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET. Note: Cantax, CCH AnswerConnect, AliForm, CCH Engagement, CCH Practice Management, CCH Scan and CCH Site Builder products are already only supported by web tickets. Corporate Taxprep
Corporate Taxprep 2024 v.1.0 Launch
We are pleased to announce the release of Corporate Taxprep 2024 v.1.0. Please note that we no longer ship CD-ROMs. Corporate Taxprep is now only available for download.
This version can be used to prepare corporate tax returns for taxation years beginning on or after January 1, 2022, and ending on or before October 31, 2024.
What's new in this version
To learn more about Corporate Taxprep and the new features, consult the program's Help as well as the Release Notes and QuickStart Guide available in the Professional Centre (accessible by clicking the Menu button).
New: Introducing Wolters Kluwer Support Platform
As part of our commitment to service, Wolters Kluwer is pleased to announce the launch of our new Support Platform.
Register to our Support Platform to submit, modify and track all your support requests in a single location. A chatbot system and a live chat feature powered by our virtual assistant are also included, with access to over 40,000 articles from our knowledge base. Note that as of December 1, 2023, email support service will be discontinued and replaced by support tickets created from the new platform.

All you need to do is enter a few key words and the articles display in order of relevance to provide you with valuable information that will accurately answer your questions.
Activation Key
Corporate Taxprep requires an activation key to install the program and related optional modules (Specialized Information, Corporation Internet Filing or Network). If you choose to use them, simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section.
Training
To consult the different training options available regarding Corporate Taxprep (seminars, webinars, tutorials and more), access the Training section of the Wolters Kluwer Web site. You can also access it from the program, by selecting Get Taxprep Training in the Help menu.

What's new in this version
The following is a brief summary of the changes included in Corporate Taxprep 2024 v.1.0.
- Schedule 56, Part II.2 Tax on Repurchases of Equity (Jump Code: 56)
Schedule 56 used to calculate the Part II.2 tax ITA that applies to a corporation resident in Canada (other than a mutual fund corporation) that has redeemed, acquired or cancelled equity listed on a designated stock exchange has been added. - Schedule 572, Ontario Made Manufacturing Investment Tax Credit (Jump Code: 572)
Schedule 572 allowing for 4a 10% refundable tax credit that is available to qualifying corporations that invest in eligible property that becomes available for use after March 22, 2023, has been added. - Schedule 200, T2 Corporation Income Tax Return (Jump Code: J)
Schedule 200 has been updated and now includes changes relating to substantive Canadian-controlled private corporations (CCPCs).
