Beginning July 22, Cantax and CCH AnswerConnect customers should submit their support cases exclusively through our web ticketing system for a faster service!

Note: Cantax, CCH AnswerConnectAliForm, CCH Engagement, CCH Practice Management, CCH Scan and CCH Site Builder products are now only supported by web tickets, which can be submitted via the Support Platform 24/7, as well as by live chats, which are handled from Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET.

Taxprep – End of support for Windows 32-bit versions (December 2022)

Dear Customer,

As announced in the Windows 10 version 2004 system requirements, Microsoft stopped releasing 32-bit versions of operating systems. Therefore, please note that the versions of our software which will be released in December 2022 will have a 64-bit architecture, and will no longer support 32-bit operating systems. Therefore, Taxprep will no longer operate on 32-bit operating systems, as mentioned in our communications sent during the months of January, June and August 2022.
