CCH Scan – Catalog Update (v.22.0.5.14)
Catalog updates must be installed to be able to process the new and revised forms for 2025 that are published throughout tax season. Using the most up to date catalog ensures that CCH Scan correctly enhances data extraction for slips that can be processed using the CCH Scan AutoFlow Technology.
The Auto Update option is enabled by default on the General Settings tab of CCH Scan Administrator. The update will therefore be downloaded and installed automatically, unless you chose to disable the option.

Reintroducing Telephone Support
As announced on February 18, 2026, you can now contact our support teams directly by phone Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (ET), when a live conversation is preferred.
Reintroducing phone support adds another way for you to engage with us, ensuring flexibility while maintaining the high level of service you expect.
