Reintroducing Telephone Support

Dear Valued Customer,
We are pleased to share that Wolters Kluwer Canada is reintroducing customer support phone service.

Beginning on February 23, 2026, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, you will be able to connect directly with our support team by phone when a live conversation is preferred.

Launch Date

  • Telephone Support is available again: Speak directly with our knowledgeable support professionals for guidance and troubleshooting.

  • Digital support remains available: Our Knowledge Base, Support Platform, Virtual Agent, and Live Chat continue to provide convenient, efficient, and prioritized ways to get help.

  • More choice and flexibility: You can select the support channel that best fits your needs.

  • Starting February 23, 2026, 10:00 a.m. ET, you can reach our agents at 1-800-268-4522.
