Remarque : Les produits CCH AnswerConnect, AliForm, CCH Engagement, CCH Practice Management, CCH Scan et CCH Site Builder sont déjà uniquement supportés par demandes de soutien en ligne. CCH Scan – Catalog Update (v.20.0.3.15)
Catalog updates must be installed to be able to process the new and revised forms for 2023 that are published throughout tax season. Using the most up to date catalog ensures that CCH Scan correctly enhances data extraction for slips that can be processed using the CCH Scan AutoFlow Technology.
The Auto Update option is enabled by default on the General Settings tab of CCH Scan Administrator. The update will therefore be downloaded and installed automatically, unless you chose to disable the option.

As part of our commitment to service, Wolters Kluwer is pleased to announce the launch of our new Support Platform.
Register to our Support Platform to submit, modify and track all your support requests in a single location. A chat feature powered by our virtual assistant is also included, with access to over 40,000 articles from our knowledge base to ensure your inquiries are addressed promptly. Note that since December 1, 2023, the Support Centre no longer offers an email support service, which has been replaced by our new support ticketing system.
