The Support Centre will be open every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ET, until April 27 to handle requests submitted by web tickets and live chats. Connect to our Support Platform to create a web ticket through our virtual assistant who will either offer you to submit your case or to chat live with an agent.

Activation Key

An activation key is required to install Taxprep Forms. Simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section. If you have already installed a previous version of Taxprep Forms 2020, the activation key will not be required.
