Corporate Taxprep
Corporate Taxprep 2020 v.2.1 Launch
We are pleased to announce the release of Corporate Taxprep 2020 v.2.1.
This version can be used to prepare corporate tax returns for taxation years beginning on or after January 1, 2018, and ending on or before May 31, 2021.
CD-ROM's for version 2020 2.1 will be shipped upon request only. To obtain a CD-ROM, contact Customer Service at cservice@wolterskluwer.com or by phone at 1-800-268-4522.
What's new in this version
The following is a brief summary of the changes included in Corporate Taxprep 2020 v.2.1.
To learn more about Corporate Taxprep and the new features, consult the program's Help as well as the Release Notes and QuickStart Guide available in the Professional Centre (accessible by clicking the Menu button).

Our Knowledge Base contains an array of articles answering technical and tax questions most frequently asked to Support Centre agents. All you need to do is enter a few key words and the articles display in order of relevance to provide you with valuable information that will accurately answer your questions.
Activation Key
Corporate Taxprep requires an activation key to install the program and related optional modules (Specialized Information, Corporation Internet Filing or Network). If you choose to use them, simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section.
Training
To consult the different training options available regarding Corporate Taxprep (seminars, webinars, tutorials and more), access the Training section of the Wolters Kluwer Web site. You can also access it from the program, by selecting Get Taxprep Training in the Help menu.

What's new in this version
The following is a brief summary of the changes included in Corporate Taxprep 2020 v.2.1.
- Addition of new Québec forms
The following four new Revenu Québec forms have been added to this version:
- CO-1029.8.33.CS, Tax Credit for SMBs that Employ Persons with a Severely Limited Capacity for Employment;
- CO-1029.8.36.II, Tax Credit for Investment and Innovation;
- CO-1029.8.36.IK, Cumulative Limit Allocation Agreement for the Tax Credit for Investment and Innovation; and
- CO-1029.8.36.PS, Tax Credit to Support Print Media Companies.
- Modifications to the Saskatchewan lower tax rate
As a result of changes announced by the Government of Saskatchewan, modifications have been made to the Saskatchewan lower tax rate for corporations that have days in their taxation year that are after September 30, 2020.
