Support experts will continue to review each web ticket and respond in the most appropriate way to resolve the query (which may include phone call-backs or responses in the Support Platform). Web tickets can be submitted via the Support Platform 24/7, as well as by live chats, which are handled live by our support agents from Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET. Note: Cantax, CCH AnswerConnect, AliForm, CCH Engagement, CCH Practice Management, CCH Scan and CCH Site Builder products are already only supported by web tickets. End of support for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
As we have been announcing since November 2018 in several documents (Installation Procedures and texts on the Web sites), as well as in the e-mails sent on September 3 and December 3, 2019, our software applications ended support of Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 in November 2019.

Activation Key
An activation key is required to install Taxprep Forms. Simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, log on to your "Files Centre" from the Taxprep Download Centre page. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the “Download” section. If you have already installed a previous version of Taxprep Forms 2019, the activation key will not be required.
Training
To allow you to familiarize yourself with the new enhanced Taxprep interface, the Taxprep – New User interface free live Webinar is available to you. To learn about the presentation dates and register for the session most convenient for you, consult the training sessions calendar.
