Cantax T1Plus 2024 Release!
We are pleased to announce that our Cantax T1Plus (version 24.3.3xx.110) software is now available for download.
Please see the Release Notes for the highlights of this release. The Release Notes are accessible on our Web site and from the Welcome box in the program.
Activation Key
Please make sure that the workstation's regional settings are set to English (Canada or United States).
Cantax T1 requires an activation key to install the software, which includes various modules. Simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section. If you have already installed a previous version of Cantax T1Plus 2024, the activation key will not be required.

Since July 22, 2024, Wolters Kluwer Canada provides customer support for Cantax exclusively through web tickets and chats on the Support Platform. This transition is part of Wolters Kluwer Canada’s ongoing investment in digital strategy and customer experience. The Support Platform is designed to ensure customers can quickly access helpful information whenever needed.
All customers must be registered on the Support Platform in order to submit, modify, and track their support cases. You can register for the Support Platform by consulting Register for our Support Platform.

Available from the Support Web Site, our Knowledge Base contains an array of articles answering technical and tax questions most frequently asked to Support Centre agents. All you need to do is enter a few key words and the articles display in order of relevance to provide you with valuable information that will accurately answer your questions.

Important: The minimum subscription term for this product is one year. If you have any questions regarding your subscription, please register to our Support Platform and submit a support ticket or log on to "My Account" on the Wolters Kluwer Web site.

This version allows you to EFILE or paper file all types of T1 returns, including capital gains or losses. However, the following forms cannot be filed, as we are still awaiting certification from the CRA:
- Forms relating to multiple jurisdictions; and
- Forms relating to emigrants and non-residents.
