Web tickets can be submitted via the Support Platform 24/7, as well as by live chats, which are handled live by our support agents from Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET. Note: Cantax, CCH AnswerConnect, AliForm, CCH Engagement, CCH Practice Management, CCH Scan and CCH Site Builder products are already only supported by web tickets. Personal Taxprep
Release of Version 2.0 of Personal Taxprep 2023
We are pleased to announce the release of version 2.0 of Personal Taxprep 2023, which is now available for download. Please note that we no longer ship CD-ROMs. Personal Taxprep is now only available for download.
This version contains most of the forms released by the tax authorities for the 2023 taxation year. These forms were approved and allow you to file income tax returns for taxpayers who do not require the forms listed in the Calculations and Forms Under Review section of the Release Notes. In addition, returns can be EFILED with this version of Personal Taxprep. For information on the transmission system schedule, please refer to the Electronic Filing section of the Release Notes.

New: Introducing Wolters Kluwer Support Platform
As part of our commitment to service, Wolters Kluwer is pleased to announce the launch of our new Support Platform.
Register to our Support Platform to submit, modify and track all your support requests in a single location. A chatbot system and a live chat feature powered by our virtual assistant are also included, with access to over 40,000 articles from our knowledge base. Note that since December 1, 2023, the Support Centre no longer offers an email support service, which has been replaced by our new support ticketing system.

Available from the Support Web Site, our Knowledge Base contains an array of articles answering technical and tax questions most frequently asked to Support Centre agents. All you need to do is enter a few key words and the articles display in order of relevance to provide you with valuable information that will accurately answer your questions.
Activation Keys
Personal Taxprep requires an activation key to install the program, which includes various modules.
Simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section. If you have already installed a previous version of Personal Taxprep 2023, the activation key will not be required.
Live Webinar February 20 and 21, 2024
Staying current on tax, form, software and e-service changes is critical to the success of a tax practice. This T1 tax update, designed specifically for Personal Taxprep users, will provide you with all the essential information you need.
This comprehensive virtual seminar will be delivered in two parts on February 20 and February 21, 2024, and will consist of two 3.5-hour long webinars held over these two consecutive days. By registering, you will receive access to both parts.
