Cantax T2/T2Plus
Cantax T2 23.1.3xx.100 Release!

We are pleased to announce that our Cantax T2 versions are now available for download.

This release of Cantax T2 and T2Plus can be used to prepare corporate income tax returns for taxation years that began on or after January 1, 2021, and will end on or before October 31, 2023.

Important:
The minimum subscription term for this product is one year.

The optical disks will be shipped the week of May 28, 2023.

Here is a summary of the changes included in Cantax T2 23.1.3xx.100.

  • Electronic transmission for Schedule 89 (S89)
    The electronic transmission of Schedule 89 has been added. This transmission is carried out separately from the T2 return electronic transmission. You will need an EFILE number to do this transmission.

  • New Form T2183 (T2183#01)
    Form T2183 has been added to authorize a person to electronically file special elections in the name of the filing corporation.

Activation Key

Cantax T2 requires an activation key to install the software, which includes various modules. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section.


Our Support Centres are Going Digital: Emails are Now Our First Priority

As part of our transformation to digital support centres, we are pleased to announce that email inquiries will now be given first priority. This digital shift will allow us to process your requests even faster, and better meet your needs.

From now on, use emails instead of telephone to contact Customer Service and the Support Centre by including your account number and the name of your product in the subject line as well as detailed information in your email (form/line/diagnostic number, print screens, etc.) to get accelerated service!

Available from the Support Web Site, our Knowledge Base contains an array of articles answering technical and tax questions most frequently asked to Support Centre agents. All you need to do is enter a few key words and the articles display in order of relevance to provide you with valuable information that will accurately answer your questions.
