During the personal tax season, the Support Centre will be open every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ET,  until the end of April to handle requests submitted by web tickets and live chats. 2023 Summer Hours


For the summer season, we would like to inform you of changes to Customer Service and the Support Centre hours, as well as the closing days of services during the statutory holidays of summer 2023.

Summer hours:

From May 8, 2023, to September 1, 2023, summer hours are:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (ET)

Closing days – statutory holidays:

  • Monday, May 22, 2023: Closed
  • Monday, July 3, 2023: Closed
  • Monday, September 4, 2023: Closed

Our customer support centres are going digital: emails are now our first priority

As part of our transformation to digital support centres, we are pleased to announce that email inquiries will now be given first priority. This digital shift will allow us to process your requests even faster, and better meet your needs.

From now on, use emails instead of telephone to contact Customer Service and the Support Centre by including your account number and the name of your product in the subject line as well as detailed information in your email (form/line/diagnostic number, print screens, etc.) to get accelerated service!
