CCH iFirm Taxprep T2: Server error 109 (Update: May 16, 2024)
Some CCH iFirm Taxprep T2 customers are receiving error message 109 when downloading T2 data through the Auto-fill my return (AFR) service. This error comes from the CRA's servers, and their IT team is actively working to resolve the issue.

We will notify you via this banner as soon as the problem has been resolved.

Release of Taxprep for Trusts 2022 v.3.1

Revenu Québec Web site: Internet Explorer was blocked when uploading XML files

Since June 15, Revenu Québec has been blocking the uploading of XML files using Internet Explorer (IE). As Taxprep for Trusts was trying to open this browser for the uploading, an error message was displayed on the screen. Version 3.1 of Taxprep for Trusts 2022 addresses this situation.

Activation Key

An activation key is required to install Taxprep for Trusts. Simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section. If you have already installed a previous version of Taxprep for Trusts 2022, the activation key will not be required.
