Erreur de serveur 109 dans CCH iFirm Taxprep T2 (Mise à jour : 16 mai 2024)
Certains clients de CCH iFirm Taxprep T2 reçoivent le message d'erreur 109 lors du téléchargement des données T2 par le service Préremplir ma déclaration. L'origine de cette erreur provient des serveurs de l'ARC et leur équipe des technologies travaillent activement à résoudre ce problème.

Nous vous aviserons par le biais de cette banière dès que le problème aura été résolu.

Release of Version 4.1 of Personal Taxprep 2019

We are pleased to announce the release of version 4.1 of Personal Taxprep 2019, which is now available for download.

Important:
The minimum subscription term for this product is one year.

CD-ROM's for version 2019 4.1 will be shipped upon request only. To obtain a CD-ROM, contact Customer Service at cservice@wolterskluwer.com or by phone at 1-800-268-4522.

This version contains the forms approved for filing purposes by the tax authorities for the 2019 taxation year, including those that were under review in previous versions. Returns can be EFILED with this version of Personal Taxprep. For information on the transmission system schedule, please refer to the Electronic Filing section of the Release Notes.

Saturday Support Service Suspended

Because of the extension of personal tax filing deadlines, we are adjusting our support hours for this tax season by suspending, for an indefinite period of time, the Saturday support service offered in March and April.

Please rest assured that we will continue offering our support service during the week. We invite you to consult the Technical and Tax Support schedule on our Web site.


End of support for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1

As we have been announcing since November 2018 in several documents (Installation Procedures and texts on the Web sites), as well as in the e-mails sent on September 3 and December 3, 2019, our software applications ended support of Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 in November 2019.

Activation Keys

Personal Taxprep requires an activation key to install the program, which includes various modules.
Simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section. If you have already installed a previous version of Personal Taxprep 2019, the activation key will not be required.


Training

To familiarize yourself with functionalities of the new enhanced Taxprep interface, consult the different videos available in the Personal Taxprep Help Centre.

To consult the different training options available regarding Personal Taxprep (seminars, webinars, tutorials and more), access the Training section of the Wolters Kluwer Web site. You can also access it from the program, by selecting Get Taxprep Training in the Help menu.
