Personal Taxprep
Release of Version 3.0 of Personal Taxprep 2025
We are pleased to announce the release of version 3.0 of Personal Taxprep 2025, which is now available for download.
All T1 and TP1 returns can be filed electronically or paper-filed with this version, including forms that were under review in previous versions.

Reintroducing Telephone Support
As announced on February 18, 2026, you can now contact our support teams directly by phone Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (ET), when a live conversation is preferred.
Reintroducing phone support adds another way for you to engage with us, ensuring flexibility while maintaining the high level of service you expect.

Our Knowledge Base, Support Platform, Virtual Agent, and Live Chat continue to provide convenient, efficient, and prioritized ways to get help.
Register for our Support Platform and log in to our virtual agent to find answers, submit a support ticket or chat with a live agent.
Consult our Knowledge Base to quickly find the information you need!
Available from the Support Web Site, our Knowledge Base contains an array of articles answering technical and tax questions most frequently asked to Support Centre agents. All you need to do is enter a few key words and the articles display in order of relevance to provide you with valuable information that will accurately answer your questions.
Activation Keys
Personal Taxprep requires an activation key to install the program, which includes various modules.
Simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section. If you have already installed a previous version of Personal Taxprep 2025, the activation key will not be required.
Training
To consult the different training options available regarding Personal Taxprep (seminars, webinars, tutorials and more), access the Training section of the Wolters Kluwer Web site. You can also access it from the program, by selecting Get Taxprep Training in the Help menu.
