Cantax T1Plus 2024 Release!

We are pleased to announce that our Cantax T1Plus (version 24.2.3xx.105) software is now available for download.
 
Important:
The minimum subscription term for this product is one year.
If you have any questions regarding your subscription, please register to our Support Platform and submit a support ticket or log on to "My Account" on the Wolters Kluwer Web site.

This first 2024 production release of Cantax T1Plus has been approved by the CRA for the 2024 tax year for filing purposes (paper and EFILE). Although most returns for 2024 can be prepared with this version of the program, some CRA forms have not yet been received.

For a list of the forms under review in this release, please refer to the "Forms Under Review" section in the Release Notes.

With the versions of Cantax T1Plus that include EFILE, forms and returns can now be EFILED to the CRA. The CRA will begin accepting transmission of the Authorization form on February 10, 2025. The Auto-fill T1 return (AFR) service will open on February 10, 2025. The CRA system will begin accepting EFILE Online transmissions of 2024 personal income tax returns on February 24, 2025.

Activation Key

Please make sure that the workstation's regional settings are set to English (Canada or United States).
Cantax T1 requires an activation key to install the software, which includes various modules. Simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section. If you have already installed a previous version of Cantax T1Plus 2024, the activation key will not be required.


End of Phone Support: Benefit from our Advanced Virtual Agent 24/7!

Since July 22, 2024, Wolters Kluwer Canada provides customer support for Cantax exclusively through web tickets and chats on the Support Platform. This transition is part of Wolters Kluwer Canada’s ongoing investment in digital strategy and customer experience. The Support Platform is designed to ensure customers can quickly access helpful information whenever needed.

All customers must be registered on the Support Platform in order to submit, modify, and track their support cases. You can register for the Support Platform by consulting Register for our Support Platform.
