The Support Centre will be open every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ET, until April 27 to handle requests submitted by web tickets and live chats. Connect to our Support Platform to create a web ticket through our virtual assistant who will either offer you to submit your case or to chat live with an agent. Release dates calendar

Cantax T1Plus
Cantax T1Plus 2020 Release!
We are pleased to announce that our Cantax T1Plus (version 20.5.3xx.121) software is now available for download.
The optical disks will be shipped starting the week of June 6.
This 2020 production release of Cantax T1Plus and T1Plus with EFILE has been approved by the CRA to prepare personal tax returns for the 2020 tax year and for filing purposes (paper and EFILE). This release updates the 2021 Tax Planner form (PLAN) by integrating the rate changes for 2021 in compliance with the measures announced in the federal and provincial budgets (available at the time of this release). By incorporating the latest personal tax amendments, this tool helps you plan and forecast your client's needs for the 2021 tax year.

Activation Key
Please make sure that the workstation's regional settings are set to English (Canada or United States).
Cantax T1 requires an activation key to install the software, which includes various modules. Simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section. If you have already installed a previous version of Cantax T1Plus 2020, the activation key will not be required.
