New telephone schedule for our teams
Mondays and Tuesdays 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (ET) Looking ahead to 2025, we will transition to providing support exclusively through digital services Monday through Friday. Support experts will continue to review each web ticket and respond in the most appropriate way to resolve the query (which may include phone call-backs or responses in the Support Platform). Web tickets can be submitted via the Support Platform 24/7, as well as by live chats, which are handled live by our support agents from Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET. Note: Cantax, CCH AnswerConnect, AliForm, CCH Engagement, CCH Practice Management, CCH Scan and CCH Site Builder products are already only supported by web tickets. Release of AliForm 2020 v.1.1
We are pleased to announce the release of AliForm 2020 v.1.1.
This program can now be downloaded from our Web site.
CD-ROM's are now shipped upon request only. To obtain a CD-ROM, contact Customer Service at cservice@wolterskluwer.com or by phone at 1-800-268-4522.
This version includes several modifications. Consult the Release Notes for more information.
To learn more about AliForm and become familiar with the new features, consult the program's Help, the Release Notes, the Guide de l'utilisateur as well as the Aide-mémoire (the last two in French only), available in the program's directory and on AliForm's Product Support Web page.
Activation Key
An activation key is required to install AliForm. Simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/. Log on to your "Files Centre" by completing the Login section and click Log in. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section. If you have already installed a previous version of AliForm 2020, the activation key will not be required.
