CCH Document News - Discontinued Support of Microsoft Office 2010 and Adobe Acrobat X

Dear Customer:

As your software partner, we strive to provide you with the highest security possible when accessing our products and Web sites. We can only do that by supporting the most recent versions provided through our supported environment vendors.

At Wolters Kluwer, it is our policy to support the latest two versions currently on the market for the environments we are supporting. While we may not always be aligned with this policy due to release timing, our goal is to either follow the vendor lifecycle policy or support the latest two vendor versions (and end support for any older version).

Under this policy, we will be discontinuing support for Microsoft® Office 2010 and Adobe® Acrobat® X in 2017. Officially, our products will no longer support Microsoft Office 2010 and Adobe Acrobat X after June 30, 2017. We are advising you now so you can upgrade to the latest version of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat in a timely manner.

Note: This does not necessarily mean that our products will stop working with the versions that are no longer supported. However, if there are compatibility issues on non-supported environments, Wolters Kluwer will not provide support and will not make changes to its software to support this environment.

It is imperative that you upgrade any environment that will no longer be supported to continue accessing Wolters Kluwer's products and services.
