Corporate Taxprep 2025 v.2.0 Launch

We are pleased to announce the release of Corporate Taxprep 2025 v.2.0.

This version can be used to prepare corporate tax returns for taxation years beginning on or after January 1, 2023, and ending on or before May 31, 2026.
 
IMPORTANT!
The minimum subscription term for this product is one year.

What's new in this version

The following is a brief summary of the changes included in Corporate Taxprep 2025 v.2.0.
New forms

The following forms have been added to the program:

  • Schedule 74, Clean Hydrogen Investment Tax Credit
  • CO-1029.8.36.EK, Cumulative Limit Allocation Agreement for the Tax Credit Related to Resources
  • RD-1029.8.CR, Tax Credit for R&D and Pre-commercialization
  • RD-1029.8.EN, Agreement Regarding the Expenditure Limit for the R&D and Pre-commercialization Tax Credit
  • TP-1029.8.BE, Foreign Property Holding Return

Online Request to Get a Web Access Code
Fields related to the last notice of assessment or notice of reassessment issued by the CRA have been added to the form. Any online request for a WAC will now use these fields.

Request to Cancel Authorization for a Representative
Modifications have been made to the form, as it is no longer possible to cancel authorizations of other representatives or a group’s authorization through the electronic transmission of the form.

Consult our Knowledge Base to quickly find the information you need!

Available from the Support Web Site, our Knowledge Base contains an array of articles answering technical and tax questions most frequently asked to Support Centre agents. All you need to do is enter a few key words and the articles display in order of relevance to provide you with valuable information that will accurately answer your questions.


Activation Key

Corporate Taxprep requires an activation key to install the program and related optional modules (Specialized Information, Corporation Internet Filing or Network). If you choose to use them, simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section.

To consult the different training options available regarding Corporate Taxprep (seminars, webinars, tutorials and more), access the Training section of the Wolters Kluwer Web site. You can also access it from the program, by selecting Get Taxprep Training in the Help menu.
