Cantax T1Plus 2023 Working Pre-Release!
We are pleased to announce that our Cantax T1Plus (version 23.1.3xx.100) software is now available for download. Please note that starting with this version, we no longer ship CD-ROMs. Cantax T1 is now only available for download.
Due to its early release date, the forms in this version have not yet been approved for filing. Therefore, do not submit any tax returns that have been prepared with this version to the CRA. The next version, scheduled to be released at the beginning of February, will be approved by the CRA for filing.
Please see the Release Notes for the highlights of this release. The Release Notes are accessible on our Web site and from the Welcome box in the program.
Activation Key
Please make sure that the workstation's regional settings are set to English (Canada or United States).
Cantax T1 requires an activation key to install the software, which includes various modules. Simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section.

As part of our commitment to service, Wolters Kluwer is pleased to announce the launch of our new Support Platform.
Register to our Support Platform to submit, modify and track all your support requests in a single location. A chat feature powered by our virtual assistant is also included, with access to over 40,000 articles from our knowledge base to ensure your inquiries are addressed promptly. Note that as of December 1, 2023, email support service will be discontinued and replaced by support tickets created from the new platform.

All you need to do is enter a few key words and the articles display in order of relevance to provide you with valuable information that will accurately answer your questions.

To consult the different training options available regarding Cantax T1 (seminars, webinars, tutorials and more), access the “Training” section of the Wolters Kluwer Web site. You can also access it from the program, by selecting Help, Cantax on the Web and Get Cantax Training.
