CCH Scan – Catalog Update (v.19.1.6.13)

Catalog updates must be installed to be able to process the new and revised forms for 2022 that are published throughout tax season. Using the most up to date catalog ensures that CCH Scan correctly enhances data extraction for slips that can be processed using the CCH Scan AutoFlow Technology.

The Auto Update option is enabled by default on the General Settings tab of CCH Scan Administrator. The update will therefore be downloaded and installed automatically, unless you chose to disable the option.

From now on, use emails instead of telephone to contact Customer Service and the Support Centre by including your account number and the name of your product in the subject line as well as detailed information in your email (form/line/diagnostic number, print screens, etc.) to get accelerated service!
