Changes to Cantax and AnswerConnect support services
Beginning July 22, Cantax and CCH AnswerConnect customers should submit their support cases exclusively through our web ticketing system for a faster service!

Note: Cantax, CCH AnswerConnectAliForm, CCH Engagement, CCH Practice Management, CCH Scan and CCH Site Builder products are now only supported by web tickets, which can be submitted via the Support Platform 24/7, as well as by live chats, which are handled from Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET.

Cantax FormMaster
Microsoft .net 6.0.2 or a higher version required for the next Cantax FormMaster releases

Dear Cantax FormMaster customers,

In order to ensure a smooth installation of the upcoming Cantax FormMaster product versions, the Microsoft .net 6.0.2 software environment (or a higher version) must be installed on your computer prior to the installation of Cantax FormMaster.

If Microsoft .net 6.0.2 or a higher version has not been installed, the following error message will appear when installing Cantax FormMaster and will prevent you from completing the installation of the tax program:



To avoid complications during the installation process of Cantax FormMaster, please make sure that Microsoft .net 6.0.2 or a higher version (Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime - 6.0.x (x64)) is installed on your computer.
