Personal Taxprep
Release of Version 1.0 of Personal Taxprep 2021
We are pleased to announce the release of version 1.0 of Personal Taxprep 2021, which is now available for download.
The CD-ROMs will be shipped starting the week of December 19, 2021.
This version contains most of the forms released by the tax authorities for the 2021 taxation year. These forms were approved and allow you to file income tax returns for taxpayers who do not require the forms listed in the Calculations and Forms Not Available or Under Review section of the Release Notes.
Due to its early release date, this version is not EFILE approved.

Our Knowledge Base contains an array of articles answering technical and tax questions most frequently asked to Support Centre agents. All you need to do is enter a few key words and the articles display in order of relevance to provide you with valuable information that will accurately answer your questions.
Activation Keys
Personal Taxprep requires an activation key to install the program, which includes various modules.
Simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section.
Training
To consult the different training options available regarding Personal Taxprep (seminars, webinars, tutorials and more), access the Training section of the Wolters Kluwer Web site. You can also access it from the program, by selecting Get Taxprep Training in the Help menu.

- T4A slips – Addition of boxes
- Box 201, Repayment of COVID-19 financial assistance payments
- Box 205, One-time payment for older seniors
- Box 210, Postdoctoral fellowship income earned
- Box 211, Canada Worker Lockdown Benefit
- MR-69 – Electronic transmission – Québec
The electronic transmission of the MR-69 form has been implemented this year and will be available in version 2021.2.0, which is scheduled to be released in mid-February.
