Erreur de serveur 109 dans CCH iFirm Taxprep T2 (Mise à jour : 16 mai 2024)
Certains clients de CCH iFirm Taxprep T2 reçoivent le message d'erreur 109 lors du téléchargement des données T2 par le service Préremplir ma déclaration. L'origine de cette erreur provient des serveurs de l'ARC et leur équipe des technologies travaillent activement à résoudre ce problème.

Nous vous aviserons par le biais de cette banière dès que le problème aura été résolu.

Release of Version 1.0 of Personal Taxprep 2020

We are pleased to announce the release of version 1.0 of Personal Taxprep 2020, which is now available for download.
 
Important:
The minimum subscription term for this product is one year.

The CD-ROMs will be shipped starting the week of December 20, 2020.

This version contains most of the forms released by the tax authorities for the 2020 taxation year. These forms were approved and allow you to file income tax returns for taxpayers who do not require the forms listed in the Calculations and Forms Not Available or Under Review section of the Release Notes.

Due to its early release date, this version is not EFILE approved.

Here is a brief summary of the main changes:

  • Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB), Canada Recovery Benefit (CRB) and Provincial/Territorial COVID-19 financial assistance payments
    These benefits are indicated in the T4A slip in which new boxes have been added. For Québec residents, these benefits are shown in the boxes of the RL-1 slip.
     
  • T185, Electronic Filing of a Pre-authorized Debit Agreement
    The CRA introduced Form T185 which replaces former Part C of Form T183. As a result, starting this year, to electronically transmit a pre-authorized debit (PAD) agreement using the program, Form T185 must be completed and signed by the taxpayer prior to the transmission.

Activation Keys

Personal Taxprep requires an activation key to install the program, which includes various modules.
Simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section.


Training

To consult the different training options available regarding Personal Taxprep (seminars, webinars, tutorials and more), access the Training section of the Wolters Kluwer Web site. You can also access it from the program, by selecting Get Taxprep Training in the Help menu.
