Prioritisation of web tickets and live chats with a support agent
Web tickets and live chats are given priority over the phone calls. For a faster service, connect to our Support Platform to create a web ticket through our virtual assistant who will either offer you to submit your case or to chat live with an agent. Cantax T2/T2Plus
Cantax T2 20.2.3xx.126 Release!
We are pleased to announce that our Cantax T2 versions are now available for download.
This release of Cantax T2 and T2Plus can be used to prepare corporate income tax returns for taxation years that began on or after January 1, 2018, and will end on or before May 31, 2021.
The optical disks will be shipped the week of November 22, 2020.

Activation key
Cantax T2 requires an activation key to install the software, which includes various modules. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section.
Consult our Knowledge Base to quickly find the information you need!
Our Knowledge Base contains an array of articles answering technical and tax questions most frequently asked to Support Centre agents. All you need to do is enter a few key words and the articles display in order of relevance to provide you with valuable information that will accurately answer your questions.
Training
To consult the different training options available regarding Cantax T2 (seminars, webinars, tutorials and more), access the Training section of the Wolters Kluwer Web site. You can also access it from the program, by selecting Help, Cantax on the Web and Get Cantax Training.

- Auto-fill T2 Return (AFR)
The Eligible refundable dividend tax on hand (ERDTOH), Non-eligible refundable dividend tax on hand (NERDTOH) and Capital losses balance (CLB) sections are now part of the AFR form.
- RC59 and RC59X mentions removed
The references RC59 and RC59X have been removed from the program. As a result, the jump code for the RC59 is now AUTH and the jump code for the RC59X is now CANCEL. Other modifications have been made following the removal of these references.
