CCH Portal Planned Maintenance

Dear Customer:

As part of our ongoing commitment to improve the performance and stability of the CCH Portal solution, we will be upgrading the infrastructure of the application and performing a proactive maintenance on the servers.

To minimize the impact to your business, we will perform this maintenance during off-peak hours from Thursday, October 8, 11:00 pm to Friday, October 9, 6:00 am, ET. Note that CCH Portal will not be accessible during this timeframe. Furthermore, if you are using the CCH Portal integrated version with CCH Document, note that the CCH Portal functionalities within CCH Document will not be accessible either during this timeframe.

Please make note of this planned maintenance. If you are not the proper technical contact for this information, we invite you to forward this e-mail to the most appropriate person or team within your organization.
