Prioritisation of web tickets and live chats with a support agent
Web tickets and live chats are given priority over the phone calls. For a faster service, connect to our Support Platform to create a web ticket through our virtual assistant who will either offer you to submit your case or to chat live with an agent. Cantax T1Plus 2019 (19.3.3xx.111) Release!
We are pleased to announce that our Cantax T1Plus (version 19.3.3xx.111) software is now available for download.
The optical disks will be shipped starting the week of March 15.
This 2019 production release of Cantax T1Plus has been approved by the CRA for the 2019 tax year and for filing purposes (paper and EFILE).
With the versions of Cantax T1Plus that include EFILE, forms and returns can be EFILED to the CRA. The CRA started accepting transmission of the AUTHORIZATION form (formerly T1013) as of February 10, 2020. The Auto-fill T1 return (AFR) service opened on February 10, 2020. The CRA system started accepting EFILE Online transmissions of 2019 personal income tax returns on February 24, 2020.

Support Centre Opened on Saturdays until the end of April
As your software partner, we know that T1 tax season is a busy time for your business. For that reason, we have extended the working hours of our Support Centre, which will be opened on Saturdays until the end of April. We invite you to consult the dates and times of this extended schedule.
Activation Key
Please make sure that the workstation's regional settings are set to English (Canada or United States).
Cantax T1 requires an activation key to install the software, which includes various modules. Simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, go to https://support.wolterskluwer.ca/en/download/ and log in to the Login section. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the Download section. If you have already installed a previous version of Cantax T1Plus 2019, the activation key will not be required.
End of support for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
As we have been announcing since November 2018 in several documents (Installation Procedures and texts on the Web sites), as well as in the e-mails sent on September 3 and December 3, 2019, our software applications ended support of Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 in November 2019.
