The Support Centre will be open every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ET, until April 27 to handle requests submitted by web tickets and live chats. Connect to our Support Platform to create a web ticket through our virtual assistant who will either offer you to submit your case or to chat live with an agent. Release dates calendar

Release of Cantax FormMaster 2019 v.1.0
We are pleased to announce the release of Cantax FormMaster 2019 v.1.0 which is now available for download.
The optical disk will be shipped starting the week of December 15, 2019.

End of support for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
As we have been announcing since November 2018 in several documents (Installation Procedures and texts on the Web sites), as well as in the e-mails sent on September 3 and December 3, 2019, our software applications ended support of Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 in November 2019.

Activation Key
An activation key is required to install the Cantax FormMaster program; simply enter it when prompted. To access your activation key, log on to your "Files Centre" from the "Cantax Downloads" page. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the "Download" section.
Training
To allow you to familiarize yourself with the new enhanced interface, the Cantax FormMaster 2019 – New User Interface free live Webinar is available to you. To learn about the presentation dates and register for the session most convenient for you, consult the training sessions calendar.
