Web tickets and live chats are given priority over the phone calls. For a faster service, connect to our Support Platform to create a web ticket through our virtual assistant who will either offer you to submit your case or to chat live with an agent. Cantax T1Plus
Cantax T1Plus 2019 Working Pre-Release!
We are pleased to announce that our Cantax T1Plus (version 19.1.3xx.100) software is now available for download.
The optical disks will be shipped starting the week of December 15.
Due to its early release date, the forms in this version have not yet been approved for filing. Therefore, do not submit any tax returns that have been prepared with this version to the CRA. The next version, scheduled to be released during the second week of February, will be approved by the CRA for filing.
Please see the Release Notes for the highlights of this release. The Release Notes are accessible on our Web site and from the Welcome box in the program.
Activation Key
Please make sure that the workstation's regional settings are set to English (Canada or United States).
Cantax T1 requires an activation key to install the software, which includes various modules. Simply enter the applicable key when prompted. To access your activation key, log on to your "Files Centre" from the "Cantax Downloads" page. In the Dashboard page, click the Activation Key(s) button in the "Download" section.

Our Knowledge Base contains an array of articles answering technical and tax questions most frequently asked to Support Centre agents. All you need to do is enter a few key words and the articles display in order of relevance to provide you with valuable information that will accurately answer your questions.

To consult the different training options available regarding Cantax T1 (seminars, webinars, tutorials and more), access the “Training” section of the Cantax Web site. You can also access it from the program, by selecting Help, Cantax on the Web and Get Cantax Training.
