Note: Cantax, CCH AnswerConnectAliForm, CCH Engagement, CCH Practice Management, CCH Scan and CCH Site Builder products are now only supported by web tickets, which can be submitted via the Support Platform 24/7, as well as by live chats, which are handled from Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET.

Release of Taxprep Dashboard 2020

We are pleased to announce the release of Taxprep Dashboard 2020, which is now available for download.

Taxprep Dashboard is Taxprep software that allows you to stay on track during T1 tax season. You see your workload in real time, anywhere and anytime – and you can manage your returns accordingly. More details >

Note that following some significant changes in Taxprep Plus, we recommend to all our clients using Taxprep Plus on a Remote Desktop Services environment with RemoteApp (RDS) to manually install the latest version of Taxprep Plus.
